Floret currently delivers within Barcelona, Spain.

Orders outside our delivery area cannot be accepted at this time.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery is available during our normal business hours.

While we do our best to deliver within the requested timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time, subject to availability.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable:

• We may leave the flowers in a safe location where appropriate.
• We may leave the order with a concierge or receptionist.
• We may contact the recipient to arrange delivery.

If redelivery is required due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Seasonal Availability

Occasionally certain flowers may be unavailable due to seasonality or market conditions. We reserve the right to substitute flowers with blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall design and colour palette.
